Worlds uses the following third-party AI services to power features in the Worlds platform.

Used for

Iris in-app assistant; Worlds operations and monitoring agents

Data sent

Chat messages, site and camera names, analytics results; configuration documents for operations agents; snapshot images only when a feature requires one

Retention

Retained up to 30 days for safety and abuse monitoring, then deleted; never used for training.

Our commitments

• Your data is never used to train or improve any third-party model.

• No video streams are sent to these services; only individual snapshot frames, where noted.

• Chat history and analytics results are stored in Worlds’ own infrastructure, under your

agreement with Worlds.

• We will notify you before adding a service or changing the data it receives.
